Hey guys. Sorry if all of you ladies don't care for this thread. How much can you guys weightlift? Bench press, leg press, curls? I pride myself on bench press. I can press 165 lbs. I can do 365 lbs with my legs, and I love the free weights. I do about 50 lbs in each hand with 15 reps. Don't be embarassed to share. I'm waiting to see how much all u guys can do. I think u guys can do sooo much better than me. Sryan I know u can.

I'll know soon, actually. It's for health. We have to bench press and lifts weights and do arm curls and all that other stuff.

well i am i do believe the weakest guy for my size in my class im like weaker then crap as far as bench goes (110) but i think my legs r pretty strong but i dont know for sure as soon as i find out ill let u know but ya my arms arnt my pride and glory

my sister's fried bench thingy 300. I never knew how many i could do, but at rose's house i think i did 50. it hurt.

When you guys say "with your legs" what are you talking about, box squat, paralell squat, leg press, or what? I can bench about 170, the last time I maxed out, its probably more now that I'm taking power weights, Estrada is a nazi. I can squat about 280 or 290, I've never maxed out totally on that. I can do about 135 in a push press (thats where you lift it about your head). And I power clean 190 pounds, if anyone here knows what those are. We lift big time in our school, lots of different lifts and we lift every day, its pretty neat. And yes guys, tanman is skinny .

leg press, is what I'm talking about.
Bench Press I haven't maxed out either, and I haven't done it in a while. I think the last time I maxed out, the weight was 185 lbs.
For squat I can do about 310.
Pwer clean...about 180 or something.
Push press, I think it was 145 lbs
(wow looks like I need to work harder to out do u guys.)

Okay, well I was supposed to bench press a certain percent of my weight, so...I could bench press 5 repetitions of 45 lbs.. I am so weak...However, I could get to 25 repetions with 45 lbs. with the lat machine, which is "superior" for my weight, so I guess I'm not too weak. Here are the rest of my statistics: Arm curl: 15 lbs., 9 repitions with right, 6 with left Quad lift: 50 lbs., 16 repetitions Leg curl: 20 lbs., 15 repetitions Curl up: 9 lbs., and...oh, wait. I haven't done this yet. But now my arms are sore, and I have to play tennis tomorrow...

actually Kayla, ur not half bad. You don't do the heavy duty sports and ur pretty strong for not doing those. and ur reps are pretty good.

no problem. Happy to oblige. I guess tennis helps ur workout. hmmm. I always thought of it to be kinda like a weak sport, but I guess it builds ur endurance and strength in ur forearm and all of that great stuff. Well good job Kayla.

yah i tried it once. Its alright. I wish I was better. I'm alright at it I guess. Yah u do a lot of running. I should stop critisizing tennis players, cuz they go through quite a workout, huh?
