in all due honesty I hated it. Yes, it was scary. No, it was not a good movie. It kept switching stories and kept changing pace and I like those kind of movies (Mission Impossible, etc.) but that wasn't even enough for me. Horrible plot, not good acting or a well put together script. Finally, what got me is that the movie was really just a little too satanic. I'm not going to another scary movie for a while because of it. Call me a goody-good but if you saw it, you and I both know that it was. No point, just a scary movie with an evil sense to it.

Yah, I saw it. I sort of agree with football54 here, I mean, it's like one day someone just decided that they wanted to make a scary movie, but they didn't put enough thought into the actual story.
To quote a good friend of mine... "Good enough to see? Yes. Good enough to own? I can think of a lot of other movies I would rather own..."

the way they change the settings and go to the past makes it so you have to watch it in order to understand everything. ee and makes it scarier. thankfully, i didnt look at anything really scary and if you had those japanese closet doors, you'd be freaked out at night. ahh i cant stay in my tatami room in the dark anymore!
